We would like to document as many of the former shipmates of the USS Colonial as possible. Wally McLeod has agreed to start it off by sending a brief biography of his time on the Colonial and his subsequent years as a career Navy man. A biography of J.R. Perry was submitted by a friend and former shipmate on the USS Begor (APD-127).
